David Lyman
Dave is the president and CEO of D2 Emerge LLC, responsible for growth and direction of D2 Emerge as well as the publisher of SD Times. Dave has been in the technology sector since 2000, first at Fawcette Technical Publications, before joining BZ Media in 2005. He most recently held the positions of vice president, sales, at BZ Media and publisher of SD Times.
Mr. Lyman is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and lives on the north shore of Boston with his wife and two sons. In his spare time, he skis in the mountains of Vermont and enjoys sailing with the family up, down and around the New England coast.

David Rubinstein
David Rubinstein is Chief Operating Officer of D2 Emerge, as well as editor-in-chief and publishing director of the company’s flagship magazine SD Times, the monthly magazine for software development managers. David has been with SD Times since its launch in 2000.
Mr. Rubinstein is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Journalism and has more than 30 years of experience in the field. He has a wife and three daughters, and in those rare moments when he’s not typing, he enjoys golfing, the beach and a well-crafted martini (or two!).
